He oversees the overall management of the company, including operations, performance, and is in charge of making major corporate decisions, driving the workforce and resources of a company toward strategic goals. 

Osmond Wenawume Gambase Jnr. also known Lexes Osmond is the founder of Cinematic Youth Productions and the C.O.O of company. He oversees day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources, sales, the planning, maintenance and efficiency of the company's performance.

John Atundanna is the Chairman of the Board of Epic Empiire Studios. He ensures strategic planning and oversight, appointing and evaluating the CEO, ensuring good corporate governance, and facilitating effective communication within the Company.

Joseph Addae as the Head of Production or The Production Manager oversees the production of goods or services within an organization. He ensures that the production process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the desired quality standards.

Rosy Kwara is the President of Production of the company. She is the head of all film production for the studio; has the authority to give the go-ahead to produce a film from one of the studio's screenplays (green-lighting a film) and is involved in all big producer deals, large literary acquisitions, and star casting.
